I love school and seeing all of you for the first time after a break. You have all grown up so much since last May. I enjoy hearing about all the things you did this summer and all the stories you have to share. The first day of school never gets old for me. I wake up excited to see each of you. What do you like best about this year?

Thanks to your help in the fall fundraiser, the PTO was able to purchase some new playground equipment. What is your favorite thing?
Spring Break starts tomorrow after school. Do you have any plans for the long weekend? I am going to enjoy my kids and grandkids, and sew. Keep on working hard!
What are some of your preschool memories?
Do you have any suggestions for playground equipment? Have you ever played Tether Ball? What is your favorite sport?
I hope you all had a great summer. It seems like it went so fast. The highlight of my summer was attending a wedding of one of my dear friend's oldest daughter in Bemidji, MN. I would love to here something you did that was fun this summer.
What have you been doing to celebrate the beautiful spring weather? I have spent my last two weekends working on our yard. I really like to garden when the weather is cool.
I am so proud of all of you for the effort you put forth to read over the snow break. As an elementary school, we read 1519 books in 7 days. I think that is wonderful. Tell me about a book you read. (Remember to keep comments on topic and positive.)
